Scenes From a Thanksgiving.

Dinner is Served at the Kids Table.

My parents invited over the Empey brood, the newly expanded Moore brood, the Besth Brood over for one scrumptious Thanksgiving feast. {Forgive the onslaught of photos!} Our Thanksgiving dinner is also a celebration of three birthdays - my Dad, and my two sisters who just happen to be born on the same day ~ October 7th. Yes, my parent's really planned that one well. My older sister celebrated a milestone. The big 4-0. {I remind her that I'm right behind her!} We all managed to squeeze in their house and have a fun laughter filled afternoon turned to evening holiday celebration.

Hudson was the first person seated at the table. The spread was a cornucopia of delish dishes and, oh, maybe 5 bottles of vino.
My awesome BIL's slash serious handymen. {Thank goodness they are because I did not marry one!}

We were about to say grace my Dad runs upstairs for the ole squeeky tripod. Then took ten minutes to set up the perfect shot.

Abby was mesmerized by Cameron's gaming skillz.

My "homemade but bought from a box and baked with love" cake for the birthday peoples - D A A C! Those Timbits really elevated the cake to a whole new level. {Extra "A" for Abby}

Nanny provided some fun props as per. They were a hit. Nanny's so smart.

A starry-eyed Catie Girl.

Little Annie dressed up to the nines - jewels and all!

A wee bit thirsty after the bird. My bartender Mom fixed me a yummy drink complete with swizzle stick!

My Mom requested a photo of her grandchildren. A wee bit chaotic can you say! Unfortunately not all made it into the picture. Sorry cousins. Cameron's knee on the left and Catie's arm to the right. {Someone needs to bring a wide-angle lens next time...hint hint Cathy!}
xoxo
